The Winter's Tale, July 2022

This year's production will be directed by Kate Raw.  Kate has worked as a creative practitioner for the past 13 years.  In theatre, she was Company Director of Foot in the Door Theatre from 2008 - 2017, and in 2018, worked with the Shakespeare Globe Centre, New Zealand, assisting with the Wellington Shakespeare Festival.  She has directed and acted in quite a few of the Bard's plays with various companies, including As You Like It, The Taming of the Shrew, Macbeth, Pericles, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Tempest, Love's Labour's Lost, Much Ado About Nothing and, in July 2021, she played Hume in Jeanie O’Hare’s Queen Margaret, an adaptation of all three parts of Henry VI.  She cant wait to tackle The Winters Tale - a play of two very different halves!

This year, as last, there will be seven performances.  We open on Monday 25 July at 7:30 pm and end the week with a matinee at 2:30 pm and an evening performance at 7:30 pm on Saturday 30 July.
