Hatherop is about 8 miles east of Cirencester, 2 miles due north of Fairford, and just 6 miles north-west of Lechlade.

The event will be well signposted from all major approach roads and car parking at Hatherop Castle is free.

Seating:
Seating is in a covered, tiered grandstand. A small number of front-row seats for wheelchairs and accompanying carers will be available, and there may be overflow own-cushion seating available at a later date.

Picnics:
The grounds of Hatherop Castle are opened at 6pm for patrons to enjoy picnics in the beautiful surroundings.

Performances:
Performances start promptly at 8.00pm.
There is an interval mid-way through the performance.

There is ample, free car-parking (which is well sign-posted from major roads) and refreshments will be available both before the performance and during the interval. There are facilities for wheelchairs and a disabled car-parking area.
